Sun City driveways installed more than 10 years ago suffer from numerous cracks due to installation and design issues. Decorative's crew (managed by Ms Francine Feldman) power washed, cut major cracks, filled and installed a superior product in a timely manner. Four years ago we had decorative concrete work done by an Island based company. From the very beginning, it was difficult to work with that company. Shortly after the work was finished, the concrete started to lift in many places. Since then cracks have developed. Getting fixes from the company was a hassle. The last series of cracks the company intended to charge us.

We decided that we've had enough dealing with the previous company. We contacted Decorative Concrete. What a pleasant difference! Francine could be reached any day and time of day. Irwin was a easy to work with. The men cleaned up after each visit. The old decorative concrete had to be removed by grinding. Even with the extra work, the job was completed in less than a week. We live in Sun City SC and we had roots from a tree lifting the sidewalk and driveway. The men fixed those areas and stamped and textured the drive and walk. We are really pleased and would recommend the good work.

You will find Decorative Concrete to be a professional and reputable company that stands behind their work and their products. They had a problem with the expansion joints repair product that was recommended by the manufacturer. After several months, these areas cracked and opened up. Without hesitation, the problem was addressed and the problem corrected. This only goes to prove that this company is as good as their word and will not leave any customer unsatisfied. Frank and the crew he works with were so conscientious of surroundings of my property and always left at the end of the day with the area cleaned up and as presentable as possible when I came home. DC did a great job on my driveway and walkway, which was new construction. They also finished my pool deck and patio to match the drive/ walkways. The job came out great! Frank's guys arrived at 7:30 am and worked every day until 7:30 PM with no breaks. These guys are extremely professional, worked hard, and cleaned up each day after work. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

Frank did our driveway in November, 2008. We left the area in May, 2009 and did not return until January 2010, to find that the surface had cracked and was chipping off. We have owned a lot at the Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort (Outdoor Resorts) for over four years. We had our original aggregate pad replaced with a beautiful "cobblestone look" concrete pad. We also added pavers at the rear and along one side of the pad. Not only did the Decorative Concrete crew do an absolutely outstanding job on the pad and pavers, they also replaced our irrigation system, added new electrical and water connections on six-by-six posts, and added topsoil and sod on two-thirds of the lot. The quality of work was outstanding. Frank kept us informed throughout the process, worked with us on all the details of the project, and did the legwork to get the necessary approvals. The new pad that Decorative Concrete did for us came out fantastic. Since we have been here on our newly done lot, we have had compliment after compliment about the way that the pad came out.
